  Really pleased. As described but I know as I've purchased before and the item is adorable. Always gets such a great reaction. Packaged carefully and arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommend.

  Appalling customer service, would not cancel order and processed it as dispatched immediately after I asked for cancellation, when I contacted them I was confronted with rude reply’s (when they finally wanted too) saying it’s only £10.95 just return it knowing it would be half the value of item for return post plus time and effort too, I bought one and accidentally a second so it’s not like they wasn’t earning anything from me. AVOID, AVOID they will ignore you if you have any issues

  The item arrived with a damaged lid which was sharp and dangerous. I contacted the seller and managed to send photos. The seller did offer me a partial refund which I refused as the item was not in a safe condition. I then received a full refund. Seller A*****
