  Exactly what I was looking for. Item shipped fast and arrived in original, manufacturer's packaging at a fraction of the cost of the local Big Box store or electrical distributor (as in 1/2 the price!) Seller was friendly, responsive and helpful! Definitely worth it and will definitely use this seller again too! Highly recommended!

  Excellent eBay seller! The Hobart aluminum low-temp self-fluxing brazing rods (1/8") arrived quickly, well-packaged, and just as described. Used them for a repair job and they performed flawlessly—clean flow, strong bond, and no extra flux needed. Great quality product and a smooth, hassle-free transaction. Communication was prompt and professional. Highly recommend this seller—A+ experience all the way!

  Great item, just as described, shipping was *unbelievably* fast (arrived day after order placed). The packaging could have been a lot better, the styrofoam had all broken apart and the parts were banging around quite a bit, the tool rest extension got a bit scratched up. Not the end of the world, but below expectations on that front. Still, I'd buy again, ACME has the best price for this item I could find (most places charge $99+ for shipping) without waiting for a sale somewhere.

  The Ego Power + Multi-head system kit with 20 inch hedge trimmer was a factory refurbished unit. It arrived in a slightly damaged box but the unit itself was undamaged and in excellent, like new condition. It was missing one of the proprietary screws used to secure the handle to the shaft. I contacted the seller and informed them of the issue. I received a timely response from Britta who ended up contacting Ego and having them send me a replacement screw. The customer service was outstanding.

  The Seller sent me a tool that was not the one the seller advertised. As a result, I requested either a refund or that the seller send me the proper tool. I have been notified (by eBay and PayPal) that the refund has been issued. The refund has been accomomplished in a timely manner. While I am disappointed that I was not able to receive what I ordered, I am satisfied that the seller has timely refunded me.

  If you buy from theses people you cannot make a mistake. I immediately see my mistake and within 2 minutes I ask for cancellation but no reply until the next day and they said they couldn’t cancel it already shipped. That’s. Ridicules but I sent it back and they said returns were free but charged me anyway
