  The item quality is good and meets the purpose. It is new and well packed. It is also good value and the appearance is the same as the pictures.   I have bought this item from this seller before with no problems. This time I didn't receive the item which was a mishap with the label and the local post office. Long story short, tracking said it was delivered. I never got it. I filed a claim with USPS. Informed seller, who got right back to me. We had very good contact throughout this ordeal. Seller offered to send another or give a refund, and followed through with my choice.
