  I received the wrong item from this seller. I contacted them and received a reply very quickly that told me exactly what to do to get the correct item and receive a refund for the wrong item. Everything went very smoothly and I returned the boots and received the sneakers without any problems.

The appearance of the product was great also. I have no complaints at all. Shipping was super fast and took no time. I didn't even have to wait a week.   Received the wrong item, a "mock" turtleneck instead of the full turtleneck I ordered. I'm leaving a "positive" review because the seller offered free return shipping. Really wanted what I ordered. Disappointing that I have to return the wrong items.
