  Decent value, from a seller I’ve used before, with everything as described and pictured in the listing. Posted in good time, as before, though the packaging could’ve been better and several models arrived damaged (see photos). Messaged the seller, who quickly responded with apologies and a promise to review of how items were packaged. A couple of hours, and some glue, and all repairs were complete so, no real harm done. Would probably use this seller again.

  Fun stream, there was an issue with eBay live combining shipping. I messaged and received a reply within 2 hours and the additional postage was refunded no issue. Well packaged exactly as shown on stream and great value. Thanks look forward to future streams.

  I ordered two items and one was in French. I wrote to the seller asking for a replacement. He didn't have another card but a refund was issued to honour the situation. Not ideal as it would have been best to put the correct cards in first time but they did make it right quickly and respectfully. I would do business with the seller again. Prompt shipping and good price.

  The model was expensive and from the images it looked fantastic it was an original forge world titan and as you can imagine the quality was fantastic HOWEVER the seller had not wrapped it correctly and put it in the cheapest thinnest box surrounded by an insufficient amount of packaging resulting in the model arriving in lots of bits ! Unfortunately because of this the titan was destroyed ! Now the item is being returned in bits due to incompetence condition destroyed by incompetence

  Wrong product was sent out by accident, but great communication from seller was able to resolve quickly. They sent out the order again in similarly secure packaging ,very quickly. Model was a good price aswell.

  Worth the purchase. Arrived on time. Product was as described. Package was well protected with polystyrene chunks inside the box. Inevitably there were one or two items that had suffered cosmetic damage in transit. A Positive experience in the main. Would probably use this seller again.
