  Both of the controllers arrived within a few days & were well packaged. The only issue I had was with the d-pad on one of the controllers. However, after contacting the seller about this, he quickly made it right by issuing a partial refund and offering a solution to fix the issue. Highly recommend this seller. Great customer service & quick response time.
