  Ink cartridges arrived on time and in new condition. Package itself was accurately described as "deformed box," but cartridges were sealed and intact. Good quality and value as compared to buying new in-store. Will continue to purchase from this seller if he can find the merchandise!

  Probably the best packaging ever!! Most do and have sent things in these cheap bubble wrap envelopes. And the post office is NOT gentle. So REAL sellers use what this seller used. A real BOX.   Exactly as represented. Actually a little better than the description. Shipped very fast. USPS needs to get their act together. They sent item to wrong city and appears to have left it out in the rain for a day or 2. Box was soaked. Item is heavy galvanized staples so to not have a broken open box when wet speaks to the sellers packaging.

  Item arrived on time and by the condition of the box looked to be in shape. Box did not appear to have been open and by the way the item was packed it inside it looks to be a brand new printer. Got set up added the ink and then never got any further in the set up process as the print head would not move at all. Spent an hour doing system updates, and other trouble shooting. Spent over an hour with Chat support and they declared it unfixable. Now have to go through return hassel.
