  Seller was very nice. Although these clogs arrived looking like the picture; they were NOT "Medium" in size. They were definately "Narrow." However, Seller was not only very good about issuing a refund, they didn't even want the shoes back and I have a neighbor whose B-DAY is coming up. The fit her perfectly!
