  Everything was new in the original package except the shears, i contacted seller to see if they could resend me a shear in the original package and they just said basically no. Terrible interaction with their customer service!!!

  We purchase surplus medical from the government, including these shears (new but out of the package) We explained this to the customer. We did NOT tell him, "basically no." That is completely false. We did advise him if he was unhappy with the purchase to submit a return through ebay. He chose to keep the purchase because it is of quality items and very reasonably priced. He did opt to disparage us her. Very petty. Ebay sellers do yourself a favor and block this buyer.

  This is the second TQ set I have bought from this seller. It's the real deal and I like that the seller is so up-front on their description. Super quality, excellent condition, looks really good on my wife's vest and it was the best price for this combination and this brand. I trust this vendor 100%.
