  A day after ordering this item,I had a polite message informing me that on processing my order,they had discovered the unused shop demonstrator was no longer in stock. I was offered the option of having my money refunded of if I waited a week,they would send a new item at the same cost,when the new stock arrived. All I had to do was indicate my option,which I duly did,and exactly as promised,a week later I have received the new item. That is excellent,professional service. Thank you.

  Had a little bit of a problem with delivery of the item but the seller was quick to sort it out and more then helpful and went out of there way to sort the problem out. I would still order from this seller as they can be trusted 100% and there items are as they described them.great seller. Definitely buy from these guys every time

  The item was delivered promptly and professionally. However, because of an oversight on my own part, I had to return it as I couldn't get it through the house into the garden. I messaged the company who said they would come out and pick it. Communication has been nothing short of fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
