  Great seller, highly recommended. Before the sale, he was patient and answered every question i had. checked with me if package arrived, and when the mail service had a problem helped in anyway he could. item was packaged perfectly and arrived safe and sound. item was even better than described. seller said there was a scratch, but there was none, and great value for my money. great service. thank you.

  Very good communication, unfortunately the goods arrived and where very badly damaged. Not the seller’s fault, but careless delivery service, (which one I don’t know) as it passed hands through a couple of courier services. I sent all relevant proof of damage and he was very apologetic. Sorry I had to send it back but I had no choice. On a plus note your service was exceptional, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again. Price good too.

  I returned an auto part to the seller for a refund, as it did not fit my car. He refused to accept delivery of my package. It was entirely his fault that the wrong part was sent out; I gave him the precise dimensions of the car component required; but he sent me something that didn’t fit. He is also a terrible communicator, and has little technical knowledge about the parts he is selling online. I have wasted nearly 200 euros, and no refund! My advice: Avoid this incompetent seller!

  Merchant very positively responding and shipped ECU quickly. Item delivered to me in Egypt in 2 weeks from ordering it. ECU tested working only needs to be unlocked and transfer eprom block from my old ECU to the replacement ecu. Condition of the ECU even it is used looks very good. I highly recommend the seller.

  Der gesprächigste ist dieser Verkäufer nicht. :-) Kauf war großes Risiko. Relais funktioniert aber, konnte nur leider das vorliegende Problem nicht lösen. Versand war auch zügig. Vielen Dank.
