  The laptop delivered was not the one advertised the photo. Different specification and BIOS locked. Contacted seller, advised would supply matching model, however did not respond after that. Initiated return for item not described, full refund from eBay. Waste of time.

  Rlthe item is working just fine as expected . And also it was well packaged and came as seen together with a charge lead.

  the laptop is great booted no problem would recomend bought on thursday royal mail said delivery monday but got it the next day the only thing that let it down was coms asked if they knew the bios needs updating but has a password and asked if they had it but no respose that is the only thing wrong
