  The problem isn't the product itself, but the shipping. When I purchased it, it was specified that it had free shipping and delivery. However, the UPS staff wouldn't deliver it because they said a fee would have to be paid. The fee increased every day. It started at $29 and ended up being $39. I had to pay $27 online at UPS for it to finally be delivered. I hope they refund the $27 they made me pay for the product.

  Dear customer, this has nothing to do with shipping costs. As stated in the advertisement, the product is shipped from Europe. If you don't know, you should know that as of August 31st, your president introduced a 15% tax on products from Europe. In addition to the taxes, customs fees are charged.
