I am located in the United States. I never received it and when I messaged the seller they didn’t reply back to me stating anything- they just refunded me my money without an explanation. It’s 5 days until school and now I need to go find another bookbag. I would not recommend this seller. I saw this happened to someone else before it happened to us.
