    I broke the left boot on a Batman figure I bought about a month ago. I contacted 3D Brush Brothers and explained what had happened. I got a reply very quickly letting me know they would send me the part I broke. I just had to pay for the shipping. Not a problem, I did break the part. I paid $1 and the shipping was free. It took a couple days to get it shipped which was fine with me. Then a few to get it. I am very happy with these guys. They really helped me out. Some very good people.
