  Es bestand ein Makel am Gerät, wofür der Verkäufer aber nichts konnte, Gerät war Originalverpackt und eingeschweißt. Der Support des Verkäufers war auch super freundlich und schnell, so wurde alles sehr unkompliziert und schnell geregelt. So wünscht man es sich, sehr forbildlich. Bei diesem Händler kann man beruhigt Einkaufen, volle Punktzahl !

  Overall happy with my purchase of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g. The phone arrived promptly within the promised timeframe. I was skeptical about the condition of the phone when I ordered it. The phone was delivered, packaged in a flimsy cover, which added to my anxiety. Luckily, the phone itself was wrapped in a bubble wrap. The phone appears to be brand new, as advertised, with the plastic wrap and seal still intact and in pristine condition. Great service but could use sturdy packaging.

  ordered 2 phones, both had replaced screen - i contacted seller and he helped me to solve this problem really fast. he offered me a partial refund for wrong items sent and I keep both phones.
