  Item was received 2/12 by post office in Brooklyn NY where it sat according to tracking until the 24th. Seller issued a refund this morning and the package arrived in my mailbox a couple hours later. Seller was excellent in handling this problem and item was as described and a good price. The problem was entirely with the USPS. A+ Ebayer.

  Package delayed by weather; post office broke package & 1 item lost. Contacted seller and they will make up the order. So very positive rating for this seller. Would recommend them as good seller on E-Bay, 2 of 3 items arrived & were just what i ordered, in excellent condition seller will ship missing one soon. Low rating on shipping NOT seller's fault, was USPS so although order was delayed, & partial order received seller was quick to respond & will make it whole. Highly recommend seller

  The first shipment got destroyed or lost but they noticed this and shipped out a new one before I messaged them. I messaged them on April 5th but they sent a new one on the 3rd. It was very kind of them to keep track of my order and correct the issue. I never had a seller do this for me. Recommended seller 100%.

  Shipping damage and Packaging error resulted in loss of one of two items. Item received was as listed. Message send to seller concerning packing error that might have prevented loss.

  Excellent experience! Originally there was a shipping mistake and the seller only sent 1 charger when I purchased 2. I spoke to the seller about this and they sent the additional one right away, free of charge. Good communication and would buy from this seller again :)

  Somehow the package was sent and while going through NJ found to not have enough postage(??) I contacted the seller who both of us agreed we had never seen anything like that with no return back to sender or forward to me. Not sure the status of that but the seller immediately sent out another 3 cord set which arrived quickly/well packages. I like the round woven cord as the robot vacuum loves to eat cords but these are very tough cords. Thank you to a great seller!
