  Appearance of item was exactly as described. It arrived in excellent condition. It was an excellent value item. The quality of the item was new and had not been opened. It still had the seal on it, and came in the original packaging. I would purchase from this seller again!

  It was packaged extremely well in double wrap so arrived in perfect condition. It was brand new in box with all materials included and top of the container double sealed with tape so that it wouldn't leak. The product inside is 100% genuine and top quality. As with most japanese packaging, it is very beautiful and sensory, the container is so attractive. What a great purchase and value, so much less expensive than buying in a store.

  The seller listed serum & face cream as a bundle. If listed as a bundle I would think the price listed, would include both items in the bundle. That is not the case. Seller charged separately for each item in the bundle. When I questioned seller about price. I did not receive an answer. Probably will avoid this seller in future.
