  I purchased a new Retro Vornado Heater; it’s gorgeous. It arrived in 3 days and shipped perfectly. Upon reviewing the operating cautions, I saw the fan was inactive. I called the manufacturer’s 800# and they immediately sent a replacement. Even though the manu. was at fault for the mechanical failure—this wonderful seller offered to replace it—not only to protect his reputation but to keep a customer happy. It’s a good day when an honest customer meets an honest seller. Highly recommend!

  Buyer beware. Seller states that they accept returns up to fifteen days after delivery. When a return request was sent the seller stated that "as-is" untested descriptions are completely transparent and will deny your request. The responses received when I clearly tested out the item were unnerving.
