  Shaver head advertised as "new, open package". Received a package torn open, "sealed" with masking tape, no way to determine if the head had been used. Contacted Seller who promised a pre-paid label would be sent to me so I could return for credit. Did not receive a shipping label.

  Seller sent me the wrong item. the seller can not differentiate between the color white and black and tried gaslighting me several times. Once they realize they indeed sent me the wrong color, they would only offer a 15 refund for their mess up. They claimed to have sent a return label but I never got it. When I told them I never received it they just ignored me. Conversation attached.
