  Item is exactly as described! I bought these for my sister who loves owls, as a new housewarming gift! She loves them! I missed the offer they had sent me but I asked and they resent it to me and I was able to get it if for the price they offered! This is the 2nd time buying from the seller, and is in my favorites! Look forward to finding something else from them! Oh, and it arrived just before Thanksgiving so she is able to put them out as a decoration! Thank you so much!

  Merchandise arrived promptly and in perfect condition. It was wrapped with extra bubble wrapping, and between each plate. I could not have ask for more than I received. It was sold to me with a discount, which I, also, appreciated. This seller obviously wanted to give better than expected service, and I think they achieved their objective.

  The set of Mikasa platinum palatial came 4 sets and missing 4 salad plates, contact the seller right away and got told twice that they have another box in the storage and will ship to me the missing plates BUT never happened, please be aware of this honest seller
