  I bought it but came with a Google account on it. When I let the seller know about this, he was very positive. He was willing to assist me to remove the account all the way from America while I am in Africa. When that couldn't work, he gave me back a partial refund of $20 to help me pay a tech guru to remove the account. This seller has a golden heart.

  The item is in decent condition as described in description and comes without batteries. The shipping was slow for me tho, it was supposed to cone in a week but instead it took 2 weeks.
