  Ordered this item on a Saturday, had it Tuesday, laser fast shipping !! , Tried the item and found it not to be what I thought It would be, probably my fault. Contacted Ebay to generate a return. Had a return label for the item instantly, re packed it attached label and dropped off for Fed Ex pick up. Within 4 hours I had my refund pending on my account!! This is the best seller I ever dealt with and will do so again. Such honesty and integretiy is very rare, THANK YOU !!!

  The tool set is of good quality. The appearance of the items were new as described and pictured. Great value for the money spent. Only had one concerning problem when item was recieved, contacted seller and they responded and handled the issue well. Would definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you!

  Great service thanks. Shipper rough handled the package. Blade was bent slightly but was easy to straighten. Might want to add something to the blade area of the package to make it more ridged. Otherwise the product worked wonderful. Great price and new in box as described.
