  Item was as stated, a pdf copy of original service manual. Very clear and readable. EBay sent me an email stating it was mailed the day after ordering so after waiting over 2 weeks I contacted eBay to state my item had not arrived. Seller responded promptly with very clear instructions on how to retrieve my download. I am quite satisfied with the product and the seller I am not however at all satisfied with eBay. Had eBay sent directions on how to find download I could have had the manual sooner

  This was a downloadable .pdf, and the dude apologized because it "took too long." It was less than 16 hours, and he explained that he'd been in the hospital, which caused "the delay." I'm super happy with the product AND the delivery time. Good, concientious seller.
