  Seller mailed a puffer jacket in a manilla envelope, which was all torn up upon delivery. He took 9 days to send out the item,and when I inquired about the length of time it was taking, he told me that it was probably delayed due to the inclement weather they were having in Delaware, but assured me that the item was in the mail. Well,upon speaking to the USPS about delays in DE due to snow,I found out this was not the case at all. Very unsatisfied with the entire transaction unfortunately.

  Seller is a scammer never sent the item claims he did and never offered a refund. Had to take it up with ebay and am now 200$ short for over a month.
