  I ordered this wrench because everyone (me) looses a 10mm of some sort. It arrived very quickly and I put it aside without opening it for a few days. When I got around to it, the wrench in the package was a 3/8 wrench. I contacted the seller & he was very apologetic & he shipped me out the correct wrench. I had it within a few days. He told me to keep the wrong wrench as well for my troubles. He really went above and beyond to make this transaction right. Very satisfying to deal with a pro!
