small and lightwieght
This unit looks good and well balanced on my powershot g9, also recycles in about 3.5 secs, handy bounce feature.

Small, lightweight but does the job brilliantly
I bought an EOS M kit which came with a Speedlite 90EX which did not work. I looked to buy a replacement but they were silly money - especially for such a basic flash. So I bought the 270EX II which is a far superior flash in that it has a bounce head. The power output is not massive but it has been enough for my purposes.
