I HAVE OWNED THIS BOOK FOR MANY YEARS AND HAD BOUGHT ONE FOR MY DAUGHTER. NOW I NEEDED TO BUY THIS ONE FOR MY GRANDSON. THIS IS A GREAT RESOURCE FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE. IT SPANS YEARS OF KNOWLEDGE AND IS A MUST KEEP IN EVERY HOME.

Binder of book seperating
Content of book is great. A little dated, but all the basics are there. I've had one for 20+ years and bought this for my son. I will give him my old book since the binder on the new one is seperating and I won't give a bad gift.

A good beginners guide to home repair
Although this was issued in 1991 and some of the local codes maybe different now, the basic's of many area's are a good learing tool and highly recommended.
