Nick Stellino's Cook Book
If anyone has ever seen him on PBS you all know he is a great cook! You have to try some of his recipes, all l can say is WOW! He cooks with such passion and the food is incredible and you can't forget his wonderful stories.

I wish there were colored pictures for each recipe. Also more tips. The stories are good.
