Photographers can create intriguing effects with a wide depth of field using the Canon EF Fisheye Lens. This Canon Lens has a 180-degree angle of view using a short minimum focusing distance of eight inches for close-up shots with special effects. Working with a 15 mm f/2.8 lens provides many unique and interesting effects; however, the Canon EF Fisheye Lens stays sharp and clear throughout the entire focus range. When working with the ultra-wide 180-degree angle of view, photographers can capture scenes well beyond their natural field of vision. This Canon Lens has up to three gel filters that can be inserted into its built-in rear filter hood, with a fixed petal-type hood. Included with the Canon Lens are also internal focusing, five diaphragm blades, and the capability to work with 35 mm film or digital cameras. The 15 mm f/2.8 lens construction is that of eight elements in seven groups, and the focus adjustment allows for an overall linear extension system with AFD. Canon 15mm EF Fisheye for my 5D Mark IV
Bought this fisheye lens for taking extreme wide angle images of interior spaces. It works perfectly, especially when I combine it with DXO PhotoLab for auto correction of perspective (when required). This works much better that Photoshop. I also have a 14mm and 17-40mm zoom, but none of these are as good as the 15mm fisheye. Rented the completely useless 8-15mm fisheye zoom, but this is one of the worst ideas Canon has had for a lens -you go from a small circular image to a full frame fisheye (like the 15mm), so of no use between the 8mm and 15mm settings, as you get cut edges. Canon designers had no clue about proper use on the 8-15mm zoom. Canon should bring back the prime fisheye 15mm, it is much better than the the rectilinear 14mm. It is WAYYYYYYY sharper than my daughter's Nikon 16mm on her D850 body. Get one of these lenses used and enjoy the giant increase in perspective for your images. Remember that it is easy to get gimmicky pictures with any fisheye lens, so watch out for your subject matter, compose properly (a lost art with DSLRs), place straight lines in a way to enhance them and watch out for your feet or tripod at the bottom of the pictures.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

One of the sharpest corner to corner fisheyes ever
This is a specialty lens that may not be for everyone as the images it produces are distorted but it is sharp, is very well built and is no longer in production and so finding a used version in good condition is getting more rare. I am fortunate to have found a mint version and have been using it in a variety of circumstances with super results. Exceptional Fish Eye, Solid Build, Sharp!
Solid, sharp diagonal fisheye lens that has been discontinued and is hard to find used. Couldn't be more pleased with my new glass!

The Quintessential Canon Fisheye.
It’s too bad Canon discontinued this lens. it’s fast and sharp, with Canon’s rugged metal construction. Fantastic for dramatic astrophotography. The only minor downside is the autofocus motor - it’s a little loud. Not a big deal for me, but worth mentioning.

Nice fisheye; great addition to 6D mk II
Nice lens; plenty sharp. You may have to correct for CA but that's nothing Photoshop can't handle.
