shipping an issue
printer arrived with only a minor issue, most likely do to handling in shipping. the lift bar that picks up the paper from the tray in the back, was out of place. Once I found it in the back of the paper tray slot and forced it back in place [ snapped back in place], the printer has worked flawlessly. the output is even more vivid than the printer it replaced.
