Beats without guilt!
Recently purchased a Pearl e-Pro drumkit and I must say that it looks good, easy to set up and the Red Box controller gives great samples. With the headphones on you’ll never disturb your neighbors if you rent- and it’s smaller size fits better into apartments. This perfect snare
The Pearl e-Pro Live Snare is perfect for studio sessions or live settings. We have used the kits both ways. This stops the over powered drummer onstage from playing so loud that the drums have to be pulled out of the mix because of the stage volume and puts the mix in the hands of the sound man. The response of the e-pro snare is as good or better than that of a regular snare and can be adjusted to a point. Understand that this snare, as all e-Pro drums with this head is to be used with a drum module. Using either the sounds of the module or of a MIDI drum program such as EZdrummer or another number of drum plug-ins. If you are tired of fighting to get a great sound out of you mic'ed drum or busting snare heads every other night give the e-Pro kit a try. The triggering of the e-Pro is as good as Roland's top V-drums with the mesh heads.
