Exactly what I wanted
I have used this same system for many years but the CD quit playing. One always worries about a "used" item but this item looks brand new and sounds great. The shipment arrived even sooner than I expected and the packaging was outstanding. (I think a dozen raw eggs could have made the trip unscathed!) The system is really great. It plays CDs and cassettes. The radio plays AM and FM and is easy to tune. The styling of this system is very nice. It has a very clean line. The speakers differentiate sound much better than one would think. I looked at a new CFD-S350 but I considered the price too much (over $200) and the other models I looked at were a concern because of spotty reviews, too low a price, too high a price, or excessive shipping charges.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Outstanding buy!

Great size, sound, and very portable!!!
This arrived faster than expected, was very well packed, and sounds very good for such a portable player. I needed something small in my kitchen to play my cds and cassettes. I have another one exactly like this (over 6 yrs old) but use that in my study. This is perfect. An excellent purchase...thank you!!’

Hard to find

great quality....
I teach dance aerobics, as well as dancing in chair classes..... in a big room. I need portable, and units that I purchased new and in store, including other Sony models just do not have the volume. As great as ever.
This is my 4th. I love this boonbox. I use this heavily to convert my foreign language CD's to cassette tapes. For foreign language, cassette tapes are still my favorite, as I can repeat the same sentence. This machine has the minor forward and back adjustments between tracks and that comes handy when my cassette ends in-between tracks. Unfortunately, they don't make many old machines like these or sports walkman. Those old machines were well made and last a lot longer. Young people use iPhone to do everything, but for me, I like old systems that I don't have to worry about having enough memories. I like to keep certain tasks away from my cell phone.
