ReviewsI love the type of book that can provide deeper insight into what many people consider common knowledge. That's why I like Genevieve Lewis Paulson's Kundalini and the Chakras. This book contains more than just information about the chakras and the kundalini energy that flows through them. It also includes amazing secrets such as the location of hundreds of chakras all over the body. It also explains their function and symptoms of problems with them. Included are easy and safe techniques which can help you to overcome any excess or lack of energy in the chakras. Of course, it may be that you are not having any difficulties but simply want to keep your chakras balanced (you'll learn how, here) or develop them to a higher level (the book reveals techniques to do this), and how to charge them with the kundalini energy (instructions are included). If an understanding of the power centers known as chakras and the universal life energy known as kundalini hasn't been part of your spiritual system in the past, you should consider making it part of your future. Many Western spiritual systems have either adopted the chakra system and its functioning or use a modified version of it. With the information in this book you can do the same.
