Oldie but goodie...
Sure its older, but it works great. Basic GPS functions and a simple map. In the end, what you need is for a GPS to tell you where you are, where you are going, and how you are getting there. This does that without a lot of fancy graphics. One major issue is the CMOS battery in it, that was designed as a permanent install (soldered in). On most older units this battery is dead, and it won't save anything without it when powered down. Meaning, it has to "find" itself every time you turn it on. This unit takes up to 15 minutes to align. Ugh. I had to replace mine with a standard CR2032, but it requires a little skill. Second issue is the age of the database. I have a 2011 update I got from Garmin. It is the last one I think that was available. Most units out there likely have the initial 2004 database. Garmin no longer supports a database update for it. So you get what you get. Go back to my initial statement. If you want it for basic Nav, you are fine.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
