This small-sized HP inkjet printer rolls out pages in 600x600 dpi in black, and 1200x1200 dpi in color mode. This HP DeskJet 1000 Standard Inkjet Printer has a 60-sheet input tray and a 25-sheet output tray. The HP DeskJet inkjet printer connects to any Windows or Apple Mac computer. This HP inkjet printer supports printing on A4, B5, A5, A6, and DL envelope sizes.

Perfect Basic Printer

Basic wired printer, like new
This printer is easy to set up and use. Everything came with it including the start up disk. I have been looking for a reasonable (not wireless) printer and this one was very affordable and works like new. Excellent quality! Thankyou seller!!!! Highly recommend!!!

HP Deskjet is just what I wanted.
This is the perfect little printer for my basic needs. I require a hard copy for my personal files every now and then. There is a color ink cartridge but I only print in B&W and only use 8-1/2 x 11 paper. For my basic needs, the print quality is good.

HP Portable Desktop
It was nice and light to travel with and it had a NICE speed. It printed nicely in color and in black and white. I will recommend this printer.

lightweight and prints fine
except for the fact the printer came with an, " EUROPEAN ELECTRICAL OUTLET " plug in instead of an " AMERICAN " one ( which took some revamping ) the unit works fine.

Just what I wanted
This replaced one exactly like it that wore out. Very basic printer to meet my very basic needs. The appeal of this particular printer was that it uses ink cartridges, not the expensive new system. Cartridge printers no longer available at local store. This printer was in excellent condition and is functioning beautifully. I was very grateful to find it on ebay.

HP 1000 is still my preferred HP printer
Delighted to get the HP 1000. However as constant tinkerer, I wanted to see if a proper, new black ink cartridge, and it did - after prudently running cleanup.
