Stand out features
Excellent book. Have been on the healthy eating/ diet program for four days. And have already lost 1.8 kilos. Easy program to follow and excellent menu plan and recipes. Love the book! And I feel so much better already.

Finding this excellent. Recipes are easy & tasty. Lost 2kg in first week. Only in 2nd week so haven't weighed yet. 8kg to go!

Excellent book
I have used this book for many years and unfortunately badly damaged my original copy. I was delighted to be able to replace the book and recommend it as a healthy eating plan, which if followed and combined with an exercise regime will keep weight in check.
