What good is listening to a boombox at low levels? You won't ever have to keep it down with Panasonic Power Blaster RX-ES25. At about 5X conventional power output, this boombox has energy that has to be heard to be believed. BTL power amps and 3-D "sound virtualizer" circuitry recreate a remarkably realistic sound field with distinct stereo imaging, exceptional depth and well-centered vocals. Panasonic has reduced interference with the acoustic separator cabinet, and added advanced CD, cassette and radio features for extra functionality. So go ahead and play whatever format you want to, as long as you play it LOUD.Rather than using a single amp for left and right channels, Power Blaster BTL power amp circuitry in the RX-ES25 provides two amps and an inversion amp for each. That's approximately 5X the power output of a conventional compact one-piece boombox. Great Quality and Sound
I bought this RX-ES25 to replace my Panasonic Model RX-ES20 which was made in Malaysia in Nov of 2000 and just now began to eat cassette tapes after all these years of recording radio shows 2-6 hours per week.
