The Warriors are a gang of young men who are trying to survive in the streets and alleys of New York City against high odds. The Warriors PlayStation 2 has the gang members accused of killing the leader of a rival gang and having to fight their way back home while surviving confrontations with members of rival gangs, the police, and other characters who want to take advantage of their plight. The player controls one of the nine Warrior gang members while playing this platform PlayStation 2 game and unlocks items to help the gang survive. Players can also collect items to unlock and brawl with new gangs throughout the game, which means The Warriors PlayStation 2 can be different each time it is played. There are 13 main story missions and several back-story quests to keep players involved in the characters. The Warriors PlayStation 2 is an action/adventure game that utilizes both a gamepad and keyboard to control the characters, and comes with memory support.
