Best Bang for Buck
Works Great. It isn't industrial strength by any means but light to medium stains in my carpet were pulled out. I had to go over a couple of passes to get everything but I expected that. It pulled lint and carpet fibers up that my normal dry vacuum couldn't get so be sure to vacuum a couple of times. It comes with some cleaner additive and I mixed mine as strong as it recommended and it didn't last long but it appears the cleaner isn't that expensive. It would be good to have if you had your carpets cleaned and were wanting to maintain them since it is very easy to setup and use. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! I winged it at first and was having trouble but was able to get it to work great. The suction is very good so if there is any liquid under or in the carpet this will definitely pull it out. Perfect for area rugs, cleans well.
I bought this to replace a 20+ year old bissell cleaner. I was quite pleased after completing the initial cleaning of a light colored 8x10 area rug. It is important to know that this 2085 model is small and probably not meant to clean wall to wall carpeting although it could if you are willing to put in the extra time emptying and refilling. Since I now only have area rugs, this unit is perfect. For the one rug mentioned, I used four tank refills. The carpet was fully dry by the next morning.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Bad dog stain remover from Bissel
This is supposed to be a pet stain remover. After 10 minutes use, it was so clogged with dog hair that it was spraying the cleaner out the vent. It took 45 min for me to disassemble the unit and clean it enough that it would work again. After another 15 minutes, same story. After my third time cleaning it, I gave up and chucked it into the trash! No more Bissel for me. One would think the designers of a machine to clean dog stains would think about the fact that dog hair will also be present and design it so that dog hair does not clog it up. Excellent carpet cleaner! 5 stars*****
EXCELLENT CARPET CLEANER! EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! The only drawback is the holding tank is a little difficult to clean out too many nooks and crannies and only one small hole to let the water run out. A few pet hair clumps caught up inside, had to keep rinsing to get them to wash down. They should make a bigger opening to be able to clean that out, a hinged lid maybe but that's the only drawback.
