Stops colds happening
I have used this product at the first tiny sign of a cold, or if anyone sneezes around me, for years now. It seems to work as I cannot remember the last time I had a cold.

Best defence against flu and viruses
First Defence does what it says. Traps viruses in the nasal cavity before they can take hold and destroys them. Only product that is proven to work. Have used it for years. Essential for travel and in crowded places.

Stay safe use this before u go out
I've always had this spray I use it before I go out. It kills anything that goes into my nose. The sprays last for a long time. Even before the pandemic I used to save getting colds or flu. Best thing out there.

Vicks First Defence
I had high hopes for this product, but even though we squirted it at the very first sign of a possible cold (tickle at the back of the throat).....here we are a week later sneezing, spluttering, and now we are at the point of the sore throats and cough - I guess it didn't work - GUTTED!!

Works for me!
Been using it for a decade or so. Every time I feel a cold coming on I use it, and if it doesn't stop it it minimises it.

Helps to stop the spread of colds and Covid
In theory it helps to reduce the spread of Covid infection including in those already infected. Not proven but it should be helpful

Highly recommend
First Defence really does work, stops a cold developing, but need to use it at the first signs. Been using for 2 years now and not fully developed a cold in that time Highly recommend, especially in view of potential coronavirus pandemic.
