Good Value, if you can stomach it!
Ususally, I buy unflavored beta alanine and make my own pre-workout. I saw this for only $10 so I thought it would be a good buy being a decent company. Normally beta alanine Is a small crystalline structure. This came as a white powder. When mixed beta alanine should be colorless. This turned my bottle very cloudy. Normally beta alanine has very little discernable taste. This beta alanine tastes very sour and even slightly salty. ( I would compare it to alka-seltzer). Normal beta alanine also only takes 1.5g to feel it. I didn't feel anything from this until I put in a full 4 grams. This may be cheap but if you want better beta alanine make sure it's 100% carnosyn beta alanine and not a blend like this one. Your tastebuds will thank you!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Well worth the price
