A Design it yourself connector kit that's reasonably priced and easy to work with.
This is a handy do-it-yourself kit to make your perfect power cord connector to the RCI 2970 or any other high power transceiver that requires a custom connection. Powerful, sensitive, and clear.
As a mobile 10 & 12 meter HF transceiver, this rig is my perfect radio. Very sensitive receive. Powerful output. Clean audio. Comes from factory with extremely well built power cable and a new microphone for the RCI-2900 series. First operation monitoring, I pulled in a station in Louisiana that was so clear, I would have sworn he was only a mile away. I live in Washington. Reports from stations in midwest are very positive. Great value
I have several rci-2950 and this was my first 2970. These radios talk great right out of the box. No need to have them peaked and tuned. Just a waste of money in my opinion.
