Healthy Guts
Great product, definitely keeps your digestive system healthy & moving. Have had a terrible stomach, gastroenteritus & severe heartburn for years, this restores the status quo! My stomach rumbles again now! Hasn't done so for a long time. It dissolves nicely into my morning tea, without me even knowing it's there! I generally use 2 satchets at a time for my purposes. Cannot really do without it!

A great idea in principle
I think this is a good product, generous doses and, for those who can sustain it, good value for money. It is very easy to take. It gave me diarrhoea within 3 days, so I had to stop. However, the remaining sachets have been beneficial for my mother, who has a longstanding constipation difficulty and says that she felt digestively more settled and contented after taking it. I'm not sure why a lactose-free form can't be developed.

Happy gut, better sleep.
I really do sleep better taking these in a hot drink at bedtime. I had a bad patch of disturbed sleep recently and realised after a week that I’d been drinking the hot drink without the bimuno 🤦‍♀️ I gave some to my 84 year old father and he forgot why he was taking them! He was quite surprised and said he had actually been sleeping very well and he’s asked for more.

As advertised so far!
Dissolves well, is actually tasteless, but only on my 3rd day so a bit early to say if it's life changing! Maybe when (if) I get to my 2nd box - my review will be more informative. 🤗🤞

It works
If you're looking for a probiotic that will make a difference to your guts, this is the one. It's easy to take and I have noticed a difference quickly - I definitely noticed a turn for the worse when I stopped taking it for a few months.

This is the second time in two years that I have used the powders. It was three weeks before I noticed a difference, but as before, once the improvement began it occurred very quickly. Since the powders are food for good bacteria it makes sense that improvement will only occur when the numbers have built up. The rate of improvement then should constantly increase and this is what I have observed. I have no hesitation in recommending the powders to anyone whose gut bacteria are not functioning properly.

Good product
This is a good product , it helps keeping me regular. The downside is that it makes me a bit gassy ( like any fiber!), but in my eyes this is overweighted by the benefits :) I’ve been taking it for a long time now.

Tastes ok
Seemes to be helping my digestive system - certainly not doing it any harm. I don't bother putting it on food or in drink. I just put it in my mouth and eat it. Goes a bit chewy but I actually like the taste - reminds me of baby food.

It really works
