Sending me a replacement. Here's why..
So I installed these mounts and after a few days I found they're squeaking on the lows. The mount swivels left to right, allowing you to position them a certain way. Problem I've got with this function is, this is creating the annoying squeak/creaking noise. The idea and the mount itself is great and compact. I have reached out to Flexson and they have been very good and are sending out replacements at no extra cost. They said it should not be making these noises. Fingers crossed I just got a bad bunch. If they arrive and they're no noise then I would rate them 4 stars, dropping a star as I do think they're pricey. £30-40 I think would be a good price bracket.

Nice but rushed design.
