Great Pit Knife
Bought this pit knife because the BBQ Pit Boys endorse it. Extremely satisfied! Just carved up a fatty brisket & put my bbq shoes on :) Great knife, keeps a sharp edge, sturdy full tang construction. Great knife! No regrets....
Great bang for the buck for a solid piece of American made high carbon Steele. The factory grind left something to be desired, but you definitely get what you pay for. Makes a great machete, for tending to brush and whatnot. The handle is not very comfortable and I recommend doing a little work on it to round it out.... keep it dry and oiled to avoid rust.
