It's a great little knife.
Cold Steel is an Awesome company and the Tokyo Spike doesn't disappoint in any way; its super sharp, feather-lite and the sheath is totally decent. All in all it's a great little neck knife! The steel- 4116 Krupp is easy to sharpen and it holds an edge well, but is extra corrosion resistant therefore it's appropriately suited for the intended use.
