Its ok.
Simply works. Fairly reliable motherboard. Capacitors die after years of use though. If you're handy with a soldering iron, you can change them and the board is fine again. Havent had any serious issues with it otherwise.

Great for the price!
I have used these boards for several hand built projects in the past, nothing fancy regarding features but for a basic pc, including the cpu, price is great.
