A diet that works !!!!!
A great book for anyone that has intestinal health issues. The diet has helped my son tremendously with his IBD issue as he is no longer is on any meds. The diet in this book has made all the difference in his current health. A must for all people dealing with intestinal health issues.
I've seen the results of this diet in a friend's little girl. She followed it religiously when diagnosed with intestinal issues at a young age. Excellent book for IBS, Sibo...
Outstanding book if you have Sibo or IBS, Crone's etc. Explains with specifics why the modern diet is destroying our gut snd health. It outlines The Specific Carbohydrate Diet that repairs the gut. scd diet
if you have digestive issue, I highly recommend trying this diet. It seems to help my husband stay stable. He's been on for few months now and is feeling ALOT better. He has diverticulitis and we think sibo or ?Had severe reaction to Cipro antibiotic and everything went downhill from there.
