Gentle yet thorough
I love this product. It cleans thoroughly yet gently. It leaves your skin feeling soft but not greasy. This is so important to me as I am older and my skin is more delicate and soap and other cleaners I have tried either dry my skin out or leave it feeling like I need to wipe off with a tissue. That it rinses off with warm water is a real plus. It's the only cleaner I use.

Cleanses and Moisturizes
I used this product back in the late 80s -- the packaging might have changed but the cream itself is just as I remembered. It is a real luxury and the price was great! I live on social security, but because of the price -- and the fact that it takes only a peasize amount to do the job -- it is worth every single penny! It smells nice and really helps my skin.

Great Product!
The best foaming cleanser I have tried. I does not dry out my skin like other foaming cleansers. I highly recommend it.

BEST FACE WASH EVER
I've been using this for year and i really love it. Not too harsh and not too greasy. Perfect for middle age/ middle of the road skin. What a great price for this too!!

shiseido benefiance creamy cleansing foam
I love this face cream, its my favorite because its so foaming and not drying. I goes on smooth and washes off with a fresh clean feeling. I highly recommend this for older and dryer skin

Siseido Benefiance with cleasing beads.
Shiseido stopped making this. I tried their replacement with the cleansing beads and my face was not as soft and smooth. .So I started looking on line. You only need a dab, so it lasts a long time like almost a yr. but am considering purchasing another after the holidays.

Been using this for good 15 yrs. I work outside and people always ask how does your face look so good as you are constantly in the sun. Every night I use the scrub, softener, and finish with the moisturizer!! So worth the time and money!! I promise you’ll fall in love with this!!!

A delight on the skin that delivers!
I have used this product for more than a decade. I love how it lightly foams up in the palm of my hand (I use a Shiseido brush with the product) and always delivers such clean soft skin. Love the fragrance as well.
